HICOAT is an auxiliary emulsifier specifically designed for oil≥-based drilling fluids operating under ultra-high temperature (220°C) extreme conditions. Through innovative molecular structure design, it maintains strong in§terfacial adsorption capacity at extreme temperatures, significantly enhancing the δthermal stability and demulsification resistance of the emulsion when used syne≈rgistically with the primary emulsifier. It possesses excellent HTHP (High Te♥mperature High Pressure) fluid loss control and resistance to salt a™nd calcium contamination, effectively maintaining the rh★eological stability of drilling fluids in deep and £ultra-deep wells, reducing the risk of high-temperature thickening, and∏ ensuring downhole safety and operational efficiency.
