簡介Introduction

MicroSEAL乳液封堵劑是(shì)一(yī)種用(yòng)于鑽井液中封堵地(dì)層的(de)納米級封堵材料，以石蠟和(hé)丙烯酰胺為(wèi)主要(yào)原料，☆通(tōng)過共聚反應工(gōng)藝制(zhì)備而成。該産品加入鑽井液體(tǐ)系後，可(kě)對(duì)泥頁岩地(dì)層、微(wēi)裂縫地(dì)層及低(♣dī)滲透地(dì)層等具有(yǒu)微(wēi)小(xiǎo)孔隙結構的(de)地(dì)層實現(xiàn)******封堵，從(cóng)而顯著提高(gāo)井壁穩定性，有(y↕ǒu)效降低(dī)鑽井作(zuò)業(yè)風(fēng)險。

MicroSEAL Emulsion Sealing Agent is a nano-grade sealing material designed for formation sealing i&n drilling fluids. Manufactured through copolymerization proce↓ss using paraffin and acrylamide as primary raw mat‍erials, this product can effectively seal micro-porous formations including  shale formations, micro-fractured formations, and low-permeab‍ility formations when added to drilling fluid systems, thereby signifi​cantly enhancing wellbore stability and substantially reducing drilling operational risks.

l 推薦加量：2.0%~5.0%；

l 主要(yào)用(yòng)于鑽井過程中，對(duì)近(jìn)井壁的(de)微(wēi)小(xiǎo)裂縫進行(xíng)有(yǒu)效封堵，提高(∏gāo)井壁穩定性；

l 根據泥頁岩地(dì)層的(de)孔隙尺寸處于納米級尺度的(de)特點，實現(xiàn)對(duì)納米級孔隙的(de)有(yǒu)效封堵。

l Recommended dosage:2.0% to 5.0%;

l It is primarily used during the drilling process to effectively seal micro-fractures nearφ the borehole wall, thereby enhancing borehole walβl stability;

l Based on the characteristic that the pore sizes in mudston£e/shale formations are at the nanoscale, it achieves effective plugging of> nanoscale pores.

包裝Packaging

采用(yòng)鍍鋅桶或塑料桶包裝，包裝牢固、密封良好(hǎo)，可(kě)根據用(yòng)戶需求提供200L、50L兩種分(fēn)裝規格。

The product is packaged in galvanized or plastic drums that are secur↔ely sealed. It is available in 200L and 50L sizes, packaged according to ∑customer requirements.
