簡介Introduction

SusPENT懸浮劑用(yòng)于“控濾失堵漏”，該技(jì)術(shù)是(shì)指當其配制(zhì)的(de)堵漏漿液進入漏失井段後，在鑽井液液拄λ壓力和(hé)地(dì)層壓力所産生(shēng)的(de)壓差的(de)作(zuò)用(yòng)下(xià)，漿液從(cóng)軸向流動轉✔變為(wèi)徑向流動，在設置的(de)時(shí)間(jiān)內(nèi)大(dà)量失水(shuǐ)，漿液中的(de)固相(xiàng)組份在重力作(zuò)用(yòng‍)下(xià)沉積變稠，形成濾餅，繼而壓實，填塞漏失通(tōng)道(dào)，形成段塞，達到(dào)減緩漏失的(de)效果；同時(shí)鑽井液在所形成的(de)塞面上(≤shàng)形成光(guāng)滑平整的(de)泥餅，起到(dào)進一(yī)步嚴密封堵漏失通(tōng)道(dào)的(de)效 果。

SusPENT suspending agent is utilized for "controlled filtration loss and lea>k sealing." This technology refers to the process wher$e, after the leak-sealing slurry prepared with SusPENT enters the lost circulation zone i•n the well, under the pressure differential created by the drilling fl&uid column pressure and the formation pressure, the slurry transitions from axial flow to r₹adial flow. Within a set time, a significant amount of water is lost ✘from the slurry. The solid components in the slurry₹ deposit and thicken under the influence of gravity, forming a filter☆ cake. This filter cake is subsequently compacted, filling the losφt circulation channels and creating a plug, thereby achieving the effect of reduci≈ng leakage. Meanwhile, the drilling fluid forms a smooth and even‍ mud cake on the surface of the formed plug, further tightly se aling off the lost circulation channels.
